Mindless musings on my thoughts, experiences, and hopes.

I had two tests this week right after Thanksgiving. The first was a speed numbers test in Arabic, which I easily failed. My first failed test in this program and I think my first failing grade since high school. I got a C- on the test, which is failing....go figure. I also took the 1st semester test for Arabic and I'm pretty sure I passed, though when I spoke to people on what they thought they heard on listening, everyone is saying different things, so who knows, but it wasn't too bad. It was rough to do this after Thanksgiving. I went home to meet up with the parents, aunt and uncle, and cousins in Maryland. It was sweet to be at a house eating real food and chilling by a fire. I also got to watch the Capitals get there asses kicked by the Ottawa Senators. Oh well. I'm going to go, at least try, to go see the Caps against the Sharks next weekend.

For this weekend, just chilling after the tests, study a little for next week's test, and go watch Moore's movie, Bowling for Columbine. I heard it's pretty funny till the end where his diatribe gets a bit exhausted. He's a smart man though, even if I don't agree with his stances, and it won an award, so off I go to check it out. Later...
